Minimum rental period is one week; extra days are pro-rated. Please note that the Blue Lagoon Kauai, property is a No-Smoking, No-Pets residence. Mahalo. The above rental rates are based on (8) guests; weekly rate based on actual dates and number of guest(s), maximum of ten (10) guests. All rates are subject to change without notice, until reservation has been secured by rental agreement terms.
Additional reservation fees apply: Set Up and Cleaning fees will be added to the above rates and a security deposit. Actual amount is based on dates, length of stay and number of guest.
If reservation date is greater than, "90 days prior to arrival" day, 50% of the rental amount is due in order to secure a frim reservation; balance is due “90 days prior to arrival” day. If reservatin date is less than "90 days prior to arrival", 100% of reservation fees are due in order to secure firm reservation. In case of reservation cancellation, all fees collected will be returned to you, less a $500.00 cancellation fee; Provided we book the same time period to another party. Becomes effictive as soon as dates are blocked of live calendar. We will actively pursue new reservation, in order to rebook dates. If new reservation is less than original amount, refund will be prorated.
