Minimum rental period is one week; extra days are pro-rated. Please note,the Blue Orchid property is a No-Smoking, No-Pets residence. Mahalo. We gladly accept credit cards Visa Master JP Discover AMEX. The above rental rates are based on (8) guests; weekly rate based on actual dates and number of guest(s), maximum of ten (10) guests. All rates are subject to change without notice, until reservation has been secured by rental agreement terms.
Additional reservation fees apply: Set Up and Cleaning fees will be added to the above rates and a security deposit. Actual amount is based on dates, length of stay and number of guest.
In case of reservation cancellation, all fees collected will be returned to you, less a $500.00 cancellation fee; Provided the same time period is re rented. We will actively pursue new reservation, in order to re book dates. If new reservation is less than original amount, refund will be prorated.
